Flat Screen TV Giveaway!

Would you like to have a 51" flat screen TV? Would you be willing to donate toward a good cause in exchange for entries into this great giveaway?

Many of you know that I am in the process of adopting a little girl from Eastern Europe. She is about six years old and has Down Syndrome. The adoption process is pretty expensive and most adopting parents that I know (there is a network of us across the country) are fund raising to cover the costs. We believe that we are called to live out the gospel of Christ by adopting orphans the way that God the Father adopted us in Christ. My home study is almost complete and I'll be ready to submit my dossier.  With the submission a fee of $7,000 is required.  Submission of the dossier to her country is required to schedule travel to meet her/get a court date... basically moving forward with the adoption hinges on the submission of the dossier.   This fundraiser is going to be a very integral part of that.

"So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith," (Galatians 3:26 NIV)

I'm pretty fortunate to work with a bunch of great, military men and women who daily step up where others will not to support the cause of our freedom. Many of my coworkers stepped up this weekend in a different way, contributing to bring this abandoned child home. Some donated to the cause and asked not to be entered in the giveaway, others said "why not!? It's a fun way to donate." Most of them said they would not expect to be chosen, but were happy to support the cause. Would you be willing join those who got this fundraiser off to a great start and contribute to bring a little girl with designer genes to her forever family?

A donation of $5 would give you one entry;

A donation of $10 would give you three entries;

A donation of $20 would give you ten entries into the give away.

There is no purchase necessary to enter. This is a FREE GIVEAWAY but donations to help Oksana come home are appreciated more than you can imagine.

If you wish to enter without purchasing, please share this blog post on Facebook or email.

1. You MUST tag me in the post or include me on the email for the 'share' to count.

2.When you share/email... Send me a private message with your name and contact info so I can include your entry in the drawing.

3. You may enter via share up to ten (10) times.

This GIVEAWAY ends on 31 May when the name will be drawn. That individual will be contacted and the first name announced in that day's blog.

Thanks so much for helping to bring this little girl home.

"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world." (James 1:27)

Blessings to you!
